 Verified Just had a beautiful new slider installed to replace the original 21 year old slider. Our installers were Alex and Ricky and they were fantastic! They were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. We worked with Mason on the front end and he could have not have been more helpful and made the process so easy.  Verified These folks deserve the 5-stars and recognition! We recently had our backyard sliding door replaced and couldn't be happier with the result. EJ and the rest of the crew displayed utmost professionalism and courtesy during the installation. They arrived a few minutes early, understanding my WFH situation and having an early AM meeting, and EJ even briefed me on potential loud sounds to expect and how long they'd last in case it'd interfere with my work. The installation was completed quickly with care and the crew was very respectful of my space. They had to move a few items in my backyard, like my dog's outdoor platform, when bringing in the installation materials and I noticed that they meticulously placed everything back exactly as they found them as they were cleaning up.  Verified We were tired of our windows leaking each time we had heavy rain so my husband reached out to JWG Windows & Doors about looking at our current windows to see if they can reseal or weatherproof it. He spoke with Tony and he was told they do not provide that service. Despite of this, Tony still offered to stop by to assess our windows. He came by the house and gave me an idea of what type of work we may need to get done and who we would contact. Although our need right now was not a service they provided, Tony still went above and beyond what we expected. The conversation could have ended when he spoke with my husband and found out the job wouldn't be something they could do, but it didn't. He even offered to answer any additional questions we may have later. His customer service/people skills are definitely high quality.
